About the Nike Slingshot
Tour Hybrid:
The Clean lines, shape
and minimal offset of
the Slingshot Tour
Hybrid were a mandate
from our Tour staff.
These hybrids have a
lower CG position then
traditional long irons
to create higher
launching, softer
landing shots. The
compact shape and
minimal offset provide
for workability at the
games highest level.
About the Nike Slingshot
Hybrid
The extremely low CG
(center of gravity) of
the Nike Slingshot
Hybrid is made possible
by the weight saving
carbon crown and
low-slung Slingback
design. These design
elements drive 70% of
the club head mass below
the equator of the golf
ball. The CG is
positioned deeper in the
club head as a result of
he added thickness of
the Slingback bar (twice
that of a normal fairway
wood), hot/lightweight
Carpenter Custom 455
stainless steel
faceplate, moderate
offset and wood-like
