Whenever possible, we ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS). Our policy is to strive for the best combination of price and service possible for your shipment.

"Next Day Air" shipments will arrive the next business day (excluding weekends and holidays) after departing Proline Golf. "Second Day Air" shipments arrive in two business days after departing Proline Golf. On-time delivery for both methods is guaranteed by UPS. Shipping delays may occur during busy Holidays or in the spring -- we will do our best to accommodate last minute and expedited orders placed during these times.

Most orders are shipping within 48 hours of on-line placement. Orders must be placed by 9am (CST) Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's "Next Day Air" or "2-Day Air" shipments. Orders placed on the weekends will not be shipped until Monday, so please take this into consideration when specifying expedited shipping requests.

UPS Rates
The domestic shipping rates apply to orders shipped within the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground or Parcel Post. Our on-line shopping system will automatically apply shipping rates based on your order amount, location, and method of choice, allowing you to see the total cost of your order prior to submitting it and obtaining an Order Number.

DISCOUNTED SHIPPING RATES ARE CALCULATED BY ORIGINAL 2-DAY OR NEXT DAY AIR RATES LESS GROUND SHIPPING RATE.

Contiguous U.S. shipping rates via UPS Ground:

2nd Day Air – Add $9.95 per box over UPS Ground price.
Next Day Air – Add $19.95 per box over UPS Ground price.

(Component Orders will be assessed an additional $2.25 for each $100.00 over $150.00.)
All residential deliveries will include an additional $1.15 UPS surcharge. A UPS delivery area surcharge of $1.75 may also apply.

Additional Shipping Information
Most domestic orders may be shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air for a standard upcharge of $9.95 over the Ground rate chart. UPS Next Day Air may also be selected for an additional charge which is computed on-line. Season busy periods may prevent or delay Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air deliveries.

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico may ship via UPS Next Day, UPS Second Day Air, or Priority Mail.

Orders to the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa or Saipan may ship via UPS Express or Priority Mail.

Orders to APO or FPO addresses are shipped via Priority Mail.

All international online orders ship via UPS International.

In those cases where your shipping rates must be computed after you have closed out your order, we will contact you, via e-mail (preferably) or telephone, with your actual shipping charges for final order approval. This applies to orders containing unusually large or heavy products requiring additional shipping charges.

There is no minimum order size at Proline Golf. However, a minimum shipping charge applies; please consult the rate chart above.
